Jeffrey Henseler

Jeffrey grew up in Switzerland, trained in private banking, and moved to the UAE in 2014.
In 2018 he founded Passport Legacy as a single-desk advisory helping Swiss-banking clients secure second passports through the Caribbean and Maltese investment programs. The book grew quickly: 2,000 families served, $250M+ in foreign direct investment placed, and a network across Cyprus, Greece, and Bali.
Property Legacy followed. The same families who needed citizenship needed Dubai homes — and the inverse was just as true. Buying a UAE property unlocked a Golden Visa; buying a Caribbean unit unlocked a passport. Running both halves under one roof meant the team could design each purchase around both outcomes.
Today Legacy Group is a 14-person Dubai-headquartered boutique. Forbes Middle East has covered the work; the team has been featured across MENAFN, IMI Daily, and the IM Yearbook.
